GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
The Tahiti Hotel guarantees compliance with law 1336 scene (commercial sexual exploitation of boys and girls) which expressly prohibits sexual exploitation and violence. Also in compliance with Law 17 of 1981 in art. No 1 in which it prohibits the trade of endangered species of wild fauna and flora. We also expressly comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs decree number 4000 of 2004 11/30/2004 by which provisions are issued on the control of foreigners and other provisions are issued on matters of migration and law 1581 of 2012 or Habeas Data in compliance with statutory law 1581 of 2012, which establishes general provisions for the protection of personal data.
WARRANTY REGULATIONS
• Hotel Tahiti must be notified of the presence of pets at the time of booking. Hotel Tahiti allows dogs and cats; other types of pets may be considered for acceptance after consultation with the hotel management.
• An additional fee of $120,000 COP per night will apply for each pet in the reservation.
• Pets must be in good health, with up-to-date vaccinations, and free of fleas and ticks.
• Pets must be supervised at all times. Unsupervised pets are not allowed in common areas and must remain on a leash in the common areas of the hotel.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool.
• Hotel Tahiti is not responsible for incidents or conflicts that may arise between pets during your stay. Owners are solely responsible for supervising and controlling the behavior of their pets at all times. In the event of any incident, it will be the sole responsibility of the owners involved to resolve the situation and cover the resulting costs.
• In the event that the pet causes any damage to the facilities, furniture or belongings of Hotel Tahiti, the owner will be responsible for covering the corresponding repair or replacement costs. The hotel reserves the right to evaluate and determine the amount of the damage caused, which must be paid by the pet owner before check-out.
• Owners are responsible for collecting and depositing their pets' waste in the designated areas. This measure is essential to maintain the hygiene and comfort of all guests.
• In the event that the pet causes disturbances (such as excessive barking), Hotel Tahiti reserves the right to ask the owner to take the necessary measures to minimize the disturbance.
