GUARANTEE POLICY

A deposit of 100% of the total stay amount, excluding VAT, is required at the time of booking. Please check the rate rules as exceptions may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations can be canceled up to 240 hours (10 days) before arrival. After 10 days, one night plus taxes will be charged. In case of a no-show, the first night of the stay will be charged.

ADDITIONAL POLICY

The property welcomes pets. A charge of 120,000 COP per night applies, excluding food. Additional charges for pet services may apply. Please contact the hotel for further information.
